Kevin was amazing in keeping consistent contact with us throughout the whole progress. We were never blindsided and he explained everything to us very thoroughly and kept us in the know. Whatever concerns we had, he never hesitated to address them. When it came to our insurance company, he helped us coordinate with them and provided us with easy to understand instructions. For the installment, they were very thorough with the placement of the shingles and their work was neat and nothing less of amazing. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with the outcome of the roof. David Deere was very Professional & dependable. Very clear with description & details of policy and process Spent time explaining each step of the process before roofing would be done. Appreciate time spent on the different choices of shingles. Very Patient with questions & explained each step of home owner’s responsibilities. After dealing with storm damage to my roof (from Beryl), I was initially overwhelmed by the idea of navigating an insurance claim. I was unsure of how the process worked and whether my insurance would cover the full replacement. However, working with David and Jay with Integrity Storm Experts & Restoration, the entire experience went much smoother than expected. From start to finish, they provided a stress-free experience. Well this happened really fast. My insurance company kept denying the claims (3 of them) I sent in for a roof , then Ronny with Integrity Storm Experts & Restoration got in touch with me and fault with my insurance company (starts with All_____) and got no where even with a huge hole in my roof. Anyway, Ronny found another way to get my roof without the insurance company and it looks awesome. They started Friday morning and finished it Friday evening of the same day. Ronny and this company will work with you anyway they can to help you to get a roof on your house. Your roof will be inspected inside (attic) and out, and your yard will be cleaned as if no one had been there So your best bet would be to go with integrity storm experts, They work for you, not for the insurance companies. 😊 love my new roof! ~ Dottie H

My experience with Integrity Storm Experts was wonderful all thanks to Kevin! We had first submitted a claim with insurance company and were denied based on a repair quote that did not even meet the deductible. Husband was refered over by a co-worker whom had previously had the same issue and we had the pleasure of meeting Kevin. When I tell you he went above and beyond and explained all the process in full detail. We had inspections done about 3 times because insurance company would not budge but Kevin really took care of us and kept communication with us at all times. I am not sure I have the words to adequately explain how grateful we are for Integrity Storm Experts. We received storm damage from Hurricane Beryl. I was very impressed with how Trevis Sungren and Integrity Storm Experts and Restoration handled my inquiry into getting my roof repaired. Trevis was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful in letting me know what Integrity Storm Experts and Restoration could do to repair my roof. Trevis got on my roof to assess the damage. I can’t express enough how happy we are with Integrity Storm Experts. They went above and beyond to make sure we got a new roof from hail damage. Even when the insurance tried to deny us and get out of covering a legitimate claim, Integrity went to bat for us and appealed the denial and won. When I say they took care of everything, they really did. David was absolutely amazing and with us each step of the way. The work they did was wonderful. Not only did we get a great quality new roof, but they also took care of the damage inside from the leaks. You honestly can’t tell where the damage was even including where they had to replace sheetrock. Hello, March 2022, there was a strong wind my roof had small hold with water transmitted through it damaging a large part of my roof, wood n sheetrock. Immediately called my insurance they sent an appraisal who determined couldn't cover t damages because it was wear n tear. my roof continue liking n getting deteriorated inside n out. Best roofing company, hands down! If you’re having trouble getting your insurance company to approve a roof replacement, like we did, this company can probably make it happen! We were told no by our insurance company several times until we almost gave up. My husband found Integrity Storm Experts & Restoration Services and we have been truly blessed. They were able to get the insurance company to finally agree to the deal and we now have a really beautiful new roof. They’ve even came out to check the roof after the last couple of storms just to make sure everything is still intact. Ronnie and his crew got the job done quickly and professionally. Integrity Storm Experts company is on point. Quoc Tran is very professional who help us out the whole process. He worked through a tedious insurance claim process so that we were able to get the entire roof replaced due to storm damage. Quoc provided us very detailed information regarding about the new roof products and the warranty as well. He started the installation as promised. They finished within a day and left our property cleaned, also our next door neighbor's property cleaned. He kept us updated with the pictures of our new roof. I first met Robert when he knocked on my door and told me that he might be able to replace my roof after the hail storm so I let him make inspections of the roofing shingles. After the inspection, he told me he would be able to make the claim through the insurance company. Robert was the first person I have met that was able to make it happen. Dealing with Kevin after our roof, like so many others, suffered damage from Beryl was a pleasure. Throughout the entire process he was patient, knowledgeable and kept his word every step of the way. He assisted me with submitting the claim to the insurance company and was present when the adjuster arrived for an appointment. After the May storm, we had no idea we needed a new roof. We let Corbin check it out and within a week our insurance company sent an adjuster. Corbin came at the same time and helped us secure a new roof....while we did have a high deductible and had to pay it out of pocket, we were pleased with all the legwork Corbin and Integrity did to get our home back on track. Your roofing expert, Ba Sing Se, was PHENOMENAL! He explained the entire roof replacement process in a way that was easy to understand, and was on-hand to assist me when I was scheduled to meet the insurance adjuster to review the damages to my roof. On the day of the roof installation, he was at my home to answer any questions I may have had, and did a complete walk thru with me at the completion of the job. Integrity Storm Experts was not on my list of roofing companies that I was planning on getting quotes from but Robert came to my door offering his services, saying he would work with the insurance company and he delivered. He explained the process, that it might take more than one adjuster (which it did) but he would keep at it to do what he could to get me a new roof. They ran into more decking damage than was anticipated but was able to get everything done in one day and cleaned up with no mess left behind. Due to storm Beryl, my roof was damaged together with other water damages. Rai and his team did a great job from the beginning to finish and made my part really easy. They helped with contacting my insurance company, processing the claims, inspection, arranging appraisals, to the roof repair and other interior repairs. Rai answered all the questions that we had in the process and provided full transparency. Once the claim was approved by insurance, the repair work was scheduled shortly after and it was completed with efficiency and great quality. After getting several quotes for a new roof following a storm, we settled on getting work done by Integrity. Most importantly, I felt very comfortable with knowlege of the entire process. All questions were answered and the price was more than fair for a premium build. The team also works to get what they need from your insurance. They also have a solar panel program, so feel free to inquire about their services. Anyway, rhe roof looks absolutely beautiful ontop of being proofed for 25 years. As a veteran we initially contacted Integrity Storm Experts due to the fact that they were veteran owned. David Nugent came to our home and explained the process of how the firm could work with our insurance company on our behalf. The insurance company had denied our claim for a new roof claiming that repairs to the roof were within our deductible so no money was due. David first did a though inspection and agreed that a new roof was warranted and we agreed that he would take over negotiations. He worked hard and patiently, always kept us informed throughout the process and was successful in negotiating an entire new roof. His crew arrived on time and installed the new roof in one day. They also cleaned up any debris and left our property as they found it. I reached out to Kevin Nguyen to help with our hurricane damage. He guided us through the ENTIRE process, step by step. When our insurance would only cover a minimal amount, Kevin didn't even flinch. He reassured us that we were in good hands and after a very short amount of time, got us approved and covered for WAY more than expected. I had a good experience with Robert and Jazmine. They are very approachable and responsive to texts like always within minutes.
